Recently joined, and so far it's fantastic. First, the products just work and the niche they fill is a very real gap in a company's SaaS security posture making it in-demand. Second, this place is fast paced so as long as you can thrive in that type of environment, you will do well here. Lastly, the onboarding is getting better with every group they hire and recent changes in sales leadership have poised the company to hit the next level of growth. Great leadership, at all levels, rounds this place out. Strongly recommend.

Obsidian had a very interesting product but are failing at the leadership level on GTM. Their CEO is a Stanford MBA who has never sold to a client base like his reps are tasked with, so there is a lot of micro management and focus on bottom of the funnel activities. Organization has a lot of potential, unfortunately there are more cons than pros. Where things are today, the outlook is not great. There are a lot of reasons but dig real deep before deciding
