Organization has a lot of potential, unfortunately there are more cons than pros. Where things are today, the outlook is not great. There are a lot of reasons but dig real deep before deciding

Obsidian had a very interesting product but are failing at the leadership level on GTM. Their CEO is a Stanford MBA who has never sold to a client base like his reps are tasked with, so there is a lot of micro management and focus on bottom of the funnel activities.
