Current Employee My overall experience at Odoo was not positive. Inbound lead quality was poor, and there were no outbound tools provided to support pipeline generation. Management often lacked professional experience and provided little coaching or help. Compensation was severely below industry averages, both in base salary and commission, with a recent large restructure to the comp plan that made it hard for reps to succeed.
