The product deserves more recognition as it’s truly something special. However the employees do not get compensated well and leadership is extremely disorganized which causes a lot of frustration and confusion downstream.

Sales management will do everything in their power to demote, pay cut, or gaslight you at every corner. The job security is good but upward mobility is terrible. Also the opportunities above are not great anyway. Put in your time to learn and close deals then leave in 2 years or so.
