Sales management will do everything in their power to demote, pay cut, or gaslight you at every corner. The job security is good but upward mobility is terrible. Also the opportunities above are not great anyway. Put in your time to learn and close deals then leave in 2 years or so.

Very good product market fit. Technical product - takes about 6-9 months to get proficient in. A lot of the inbound leads are 1 user "curious" people. The company itself is very fiscally conservative and doesn't invest in a lot of sales training. The product is great and sells itself.
