The direct sales team changed quotas and expectations. everyone is on edge and there seems to be an energy of "get it while you can". a lot of unspoken resentment towards leadership. only those that hit quota are confident enough to speak up to leadership. leadership also seems to be making a lot of changes without any input from the people...Read More
