Good company, good product . Doesn’t really incentivize talent. Leads are decent but you are limited in earning potential. Base is abysmal , people are great, training is decent .

My overall experience at Odoo was not positive. Inbound lead quality was poor, and there were no outbound tools provided to support pipeline generation. Management often lacked professional experience and provided little coaching or help.
