Pretty typical for SaaS roles, they move pretty quick. HR/Recruiter, then Hiring Manager, another rep or two, one of the SE (Sales Engineers), then ultimately the Regional VP (the hiring manager's boss).There has been an enormous amount of turnover throughout the past 12 months, unlike any company I've ever seen, so I would ask about that. It was a combination of the Auth0 acquisition and growing too fast (the sales org grew 5x by headcount in the 3 years I was there).Ask about how the sales cycle duration has changed over the last couple of years.Ask about the ownership of products. Until 2020, any Okta AE sold anything Okta made, and while selling the internal Identity products is how most will hit quota, selling Customer Identity (CIAM) is how reps find deals that pay 100k+. Do all AEs still have both sets of products?Might be a bit forward, but I would want to know what they are doing differently with the incoming sales reps now that the leadership team has turned over (almost all incoming leadership is from Splunk).In general, the company today is not the company it was two years ago. Structuring your questions around what has changed over the past year or two would be very helpful in understanding if plans have cemented or if the company/org strategy is still in flux.
