During my time there I honestly thought it was phenomenal. Looking back, the executive team and leaders grossly miscalculated their GTM strategy. Few companies have hired and fired like these guys. They preach all this inclusion and team stuff but it's clear they don't know what they're doing and where their priorities are.

Okta used to be good. New business leads are almost non existent as MSFT continues bundling their Identity suite into their Entra licenses. GTM messaging of converged platform will take a couple of years to start resonating with prospects and large enterprise accounts.
