As a Commercial Renewals Manager the enablement has been lackluster so for external new hires I can see it is a challenge. The org is working hard to create an enablement program so likely over the next year I can see it maturing rapidly. Moving from an AE to this role has made my transition easy, but it would easily be more difficult if I was external.
