Positive overall. Management is mostly supportive of sales but product is struggling, to say the least, with market fit over the past 2-3 years and not trending in the right direction. Your success is highly dependent on your territory.

Since the roll of the new year, things were never really the same. Mandatory RTO, sacrifice culture for numbers, etc. Great product, premium, but preeminent. When the market calms, I'm sure it will get better.
