Current Employee Each year at Okta is like working for a brand new company. There is a huge volume of change and very little sense of control. Leadership has less and less integrity each year.
That said, okta maintains pockets of greatness-- culturally, as a product and within the sales org.
Our biggest challenge in the next 2-4 years is market consolidation and pricing to win. You should talk about this in an interview if you're looking to work at okta.
