Current Employee Okta has moved and continuing to move towards more role specialization (hunters vs farmers, or both at the enterprise level). The GTM motion is shifting towards more "Identity as a Platform" and the message is resonating. Okta rewards high performers really well, and focuses them on achieving with sales-first focuses. I've never felt more empowered to win than now (been at the company 3 years). Territory makeup is still a big indicator of success as well as the mix of upsell vs whitespace. Existing customers like to spend more with Okta, because the product & support are next level.
