But when you’re you don’t hit numbers with things out of your control, you have a large magnifying glass on you and micromanaging hits hard. Collaboration is great and everyone helps each other and shares success. The business changes quota very quickly and out of nowhere to squeeze the life out of you and make it harder to hit quota.Read More

The biggest challenge, however, is the disparity in sales territories.
