Current Employee3.0Oct 6, 2023Going to okta was a huge mistake. I constantly wonder where I went wrong/how I got here. Lots of sales reps were promised a lot of things but it’s worse than you can imagine. Little to no money being made, very sparse opportunity. You’re lucky to sell a 4k true up.

Over hired and over segmented and compounding this problem used poor data to build "even" territories based on a bogus TAM.
