Okta was a great company to work for but they shouldered the burden of a volatile market. There is no substitute for their offering in their space which gives them market superiority. Channels are a difficult role at Okta as many sellers can take deals direct leading to a lot of time spent on conflict resolution in the traditional PAM role there.

Solid SE Peers with knowledge of the product. Product is good albeit ridiculously priced. Leadership has a paranoia and yes-manning that is tiresome. Calendars scrutinised, deals micro managed and direction and GTM techniques all over the shop.
