Out of 130 of us in SMB for AMER only 15-20 hit goal quarter over quarter. 10-15 for the year. Median for % to attainment is very low so those hitting goal or getting close are miles ahead of others SMB leadership is fantastic!

MSFT has a huge installed base and very long sales cycle into new logos. Overall good benefits and you can do your numbers on upsell.
