Oktas had a good run but now facing headwinds with competitors like Microsoft. The recent company specialisation of workforce vs customer identity has caused issues and confusion.

An evolving business and industry. Okta is well placed across the entire identity suite and the innovation is fantastic. Sales leadership is strong and this flows down to individual contributors well. Salesforce platform is complex due to merging with Auth0 (duplicate data, complex quoting processes) but it's manageable.

Excellent experience. GTM is changing and is more stable than previously. Lots of new products to sell, figuring out the GTM engine still, but easy to make money.
