Such a hit or miss on managers and the team culture. Leadership is not very receptive to feedback on managers even if there's several complaints. The compensation is a joke compared to other companies considering that for the 2 years I was there only about 20% of sales reps hit quota each quarter. Super low attainment due to hyper growth, bad territory setup for book of business, and high costs after aquisition.
