My overall experience is a 4.5 out of 5. Sure, there are things that can be better - every company has "weeds"...but looking at the overall opportunity in the marketplace, the company's desire to be competitive -- and continue to be competitive (rather than stagnate and be happy with status quo) they are positioning Okta to continue to lead. Through these efforts I think it gives AE's the best chance to align to customers challenges they are solving for with a breadth of solutions -- which in turn helps AE's earn high dollar OTE's.
