Every year I worked here was like working for a different company. This is great if you aren't aligned to the perfect manager or you're trying to rapidly grow into a new role. By the end: A lot of favoritism & very mixed feelings on management.

Great product, but leadership is lost. GTM has changed three times over the past three years. Your success as a rep is 100% determined by the health of your territory. The churn is incredibly high.

Targets are very hard to achieve - high competition with similar products - the innovation of Okta is no longer where it was in the past.
