Overall the company has been very good to me. They have excellent benefits, great company culture, and you can really build a career here. I’ve seen people leave and come back because the grass wasn’t greener somewhere else. There is not a high rate of turnover and many people have been here 10+ years proving the company’s stability. The work/life balance is second to none, and the compensation is more than fair. No one is perfect, so of course there are challenges and flaws, but those are minimal. Highly recommend this company!

Overall a decent to company to be working for. Earnings are more tied to variable comp plus overage. Upside is there is a comp floor. Company seems to be trying to pivot to incentivize growth areas, but have completly pulled earnings from run rate business which is not acceptable in a transition state.
