As a Named Account Manager (Enterprise) with 50+ accounts and average deal size of $300k. How often are folks hitting their number and making good money? I work in a similar role at another company but I have significantly less accounts to manage. 50 seems high for this role and to good to be true.
More QuestionsQ for the Account Director Role (50 net new accounts over $1B, quota $1.3m). Salary seems great (155k and OTE 310k). But w/ avg deal size of 300k, you'd need 5 net new deals (10% of patch) to hit quota. that doesn't seem realistic. Is that a true avg deal size? Are most deals inbound evaluations? How challenging is it to achieve sales targets as a new Account Executive at OneStream Software?
