Q for the Account Director Role (50 net new accounts over $1B, quota $1.3m). Salary seems great (155k and OTE 310k). But w/ avg deal size of 300k, you'd need 5 net new deals (10% of patch) to hit quota. that doesn't seem realistic. Is that a true avg deal size? Are most deals inbound evaluations?
