Good product however leadership has been shifting product strategy on a number of occasions in recent years. Incentives and comp structures has created an environment where AEs, Specialists, and SEs are not working towards the same goal and negatively impact each other. Example; AEs get spiff for 3 year deals, specialists and SEs dont and AEs will cut ACV to get three year deal negatively impact SE attainment.

My experience at Onetrust has been quite a rollercoaster with constant changes that often times do not take the bigger picture into perspective and negatively affects customers experience as well as the team's ability to perform, ultimately translating into low engagement and satisfaction. Unfortunately best customers and employees are going elsewhere.
