Very changeable leadership, with many people being hired and fired. Good product, although it became increasingly difficult to execute as the company grew. Some very sharp people there.

I made decent money at OneTrust, but the working environment was, at times, hostile and certainly not supportive or encouraging. They treat their customers like shit so maintaining relationships is hard. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend, but could be decent pay if you need a job and they’re hiring.
