Your stock options, if you got any, are underwater by over 20%. It’s turned into a boiler room sales environment when the CRO doesn’t even understand anything about the products onit has. They keep saying they want to just combine every platform and it’s never going to happen. Lead flow not where it used to be when the good marketing folks were in charge.

Very slow to promote, and prefer to hire outside, instead of promote from within. They are making changes to the rest of the company to improve, but the sales organization has had so much turnover, and they bring in their friends, that nobody has any opportunity for promotion.
