This place is part of a very challenging industry to break into. It requires are a lot of effort, and personal motivation. Sales cycle can be anywhere from weeks to months. Commissions can range from $3,000-$350,000 on a single transaction. Deal size as much as $100 million. Definitely a place to make a career, and not a stop gap while you look for something else. CEO is one of the best CEO's i've personally worked for. Company has great intentions and wants everyone to win.

At Onset Financial, there is high income potential through hard work and dedication, but there are clear areas for improvement in leadership, training, and overall culture.

Higher than I thought at 1.7 stars. This is a company that disguises mass layoffs as putting 70% of the sales floor on impossible performance plans to fire them when it isn't achieved. Leadership will back stab and use any personal information shared against you and do it publicly.
