Conduct yearly purges of sales team. Most new account executives don't last more than a couple months. Required to be in office and PTO is minimal and even then your are criticized for using it. NO Maternity/Paternity leave. Great earning potential if you survive long enough to make a deal. doing at least 120 calls a day with over 300 minutes of time on the phone. cold calling C-suite exectives and trying to get through gatekeepers is 95% of the job.

Onset is mostly a good company with solid base pay and good people. The product is very difficult to sell. Most AEs don't see a "sale" for their first 6 months of work. There is a lot of sales funnel leakage. Even when you get someone to send you their company's financials, they still have to agree to a proposal. 1/7 proposals get signed by the client.
