Current Employee No inbound. Extremely high turnover because the job is tough. Leadership focuses on number of calls everyday. But you role play everyday and practice their model.
Long cycles and you sell to CFOs and finance teams. There are good leaders there and some that are average.
On average, sales people don’t get a deal within their first year of being at the company. But if you are dedicated you can land some large paychecks by selling to the right people and getting lucky.
