This is a unique GovTech organization. The OpenGov team has a strong sales culture, an incredible portfolio of products, and some of the best people and processes in the business. The org is constantly evolving, so if you aren't comfortable with change, it may be a difficult transition. The work is gratifying but the workload can be more substantial than a typical SaaS org.
