Positive, 100% of the Team is hitting their Quota and finishing at 95% to 100% OTE. There is plenty of room for Professional Growth, and the customers are the best that I have ever worked with. Training has improved, and while a lot of it is self-led, teammates will surround you with support to help you onboard.

This is a company where you can make a good impact on the communities you serve. They hire fast and fire fast. Personally was not even off ramp before I was let go with no notice. If you get a good territory that your accounts have not already signed 5 year deals, you can make good money here.
