A lot of turnover in leadership changed the policy for how many days we go into office from 3 days per week to 4-5 days per week. Inconsistent quota attainment for reps, based on which product they sell & what the location is. Professional development & onboarding program for new reps is solid though & a couple of the products are definitely the best in the market, while some others still need to be finished developing.

OpenGov is in the middle of significant internal change & implementing an overwhelming amount red tape, which is slowing internal processes. They have also over hired AE's. OpenGov is in the process of shrinking territories and AE's are struggling to succeed with unachievable quotas!
