Current Employee Company is moving fast but genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their people (imo). With fast growth comes growing pains, but the product market fit is fantastic and the customers really do need the products that they’re providing.
OpenGov is the definition of a work hard - get rewarded type of environment. The company demands a lot out of their people, but does a good job of shouting people out and rewarding people as much as possible. If you’re willing to work, it’s a great place to be. The collaboration across Departments and “willingness to help” outside of their core responsibilities is borderline inspiring at times. Overall a great place to be right now … on the verge of something great
