You work as a consultant for different SaaS base companies. Commission is very skimpy imo. You have to hit a certain amount of meeting sat before even getting commission. For example if your one off from "threshold" for the month you don't get paid commission for any of the meetings. Commission per meetings are not even three figures. Good job for a college kid.

No real incentive now they have introduced capped earnings. Its a shame as its a nice company to work for but I feel can earn more elsewhere.
