Leadership will always go above and beyond to help make sure we are being supported to succeed. Year-round, there is a support system in place to ensure each SDR gets the attention they deserve. Operatix is an exciting place to work and the culture is a very high-energy environment. Leadership at Operatix is always willing to accommodate to make sure employees are taken care of. It is also a great place to learn and seriously develop amazing skills.

Great company to start at in your tech sales career. A great environment to learn basic skills i.e. linkedin, sales nav, phone skills, google sheets etc.

You get assigned to random "campaigns" selling for other companies. Most of them are tough sells, some aren't even SaaS. Which campaign you get assigned to determines your success rate. Less than 10% of the SDRs here hit quota, and recent changes to their commission structure is awful. There's zero room for growth
