Current Employee My overall experience has led me to believe that it’s a great company to work for, but you are taking a major pay cut to have the “name” behind you. Growth is possible but you need to move around to find a good fit. The sales organization is very choppy in the vision/goal piece, and it usually undergoing major leadership changes consistently. This is usually due to the large number of acquisitions optum has on a normal basis. It give lots of opportunities to create mentorship’s, which has help me significantly from an opportunity perspective, along with a professional level.
