Oracle is a snake pit, but it provides excellent training in true enterprise sales. Finding a good mentor is key to having true success. Having a helping hand understand the political landscape is a must. If you can generate that type of relationship easily, you have the opportunity to make a lot of money

Oracle is a great company, but just super behind on market pay and processes are just long for approvals, etc. Good experience but comp was on the low side
