Current Employee3.7Aug 3, 2025Middle management is fantastic. Upper management has made some head-scratching decisions. Company is too focused on the present and seems to be winging it too often without a concrete vision for future growth. Reps aren’t micromanaged and have the ability to make very healthy commissions if they have a lot of private office business. Good place to work, not great.

Many private practices who purchase you product at high volume are subject to Medicare RAC audits which will cripple their practice. A lot of “Me Too” Products have entered the market, but Organo’s products remain best in class. However the products with the most efficacy do not have favorable reimbursement.
