Good Earning potential but it comes with sacrifice. Many private practices who purchase you product at high volume are subject to Medicare RAC audits which will cripple their practice. A lot of “Me Too” Products have entered the market, but Organo’s products remain best in class. However the products with the most efficacy do not have favorable reimbursement.

Overall positive experience. There are many external factors effecting business currently as the government is targeting skin substitutes. However, great products and culture with fair compensation.

my overall experience has been positive but this organization, despite being market leaders, is not prepared to proactively handle changes within the industry. I believe Organogenesis has the best products on the market but is and will continued to be hindered by subpar leadership and continuing the same strategy that is currently letting us down.
