Avoid at all costs. The founding leadership should have left long ago and is running this company into the ground. Very few people are making money.

2 year ago the SDR org was in a great place, good leads, culture, and pay. Ever since the Marketing team took over the SDR function at the beginning of 2024 things have gone downhill.
