Good company. A level of inconsistency in terms of sales performance but the UK are doing well and the majority of the team are on track for annual quota's. Comp plan is not really that aligned to bigger deals but Product Market Fit is very much there.

The market is moving so quickly that it's hard to keep track of all the new competitors. Many are hyper-focused on particular business problems, which can be very hard to compete with.
