Former Employee Fantastic onboarding experience, however that's about where the positive reports end. The company has certainly had challenges from an organizational standpoint, lots of turnover in upper management, mass hiring, mass layoffs, and certainly seemed to be some favoritism in terms of leads / account routing. Sales culture is still founded on metrics, metrics, metrics, so expect to be lets of outbound activity and heavy monitoring. You can certainly be successful here but you'll constantly be monitored on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
