Own's biggest strength as a sales org is product market fit- especially now that they've been acquired by Salesforce. Best product technically in the data protection space. Culture varies depending on the office, but overall leadership cares about their people. Biggest challenges are silos between sales/BDR/marketing. BDR comp plans aren't well aligned to company goals or BDR leadership comp plans.

My overall experience was impacted by the lack of inbound leads coming to outbound reps for a majority of my tenure and the fact that the Salesforce acquisition affected my ability to achieve a promotion.
