Hey fellow sales pros, no one in Americas is hitting quota right now. Also, in order to be paid out on commission, you basically have to wait for implementation team to onboard an employee for the customer so if the candidate drops out (out of your control) or implementation messes up (out of your control) or it takes 3 months to onboard the candidate (out of your...Read More

Uncertain why the Glassdoor reviews don't align with the current reality. This place used to be a great company until they brought in a hard-knock-life CRO from the UK who thinks he's some kind of big shot, despite not even graduating from uni. It's a toxic circus, steer clear!
