Due to multiple reorgs, sales leadership changes on every level, not adapting to market, among other reasons, it is not a sales organization I would recommend. The culture has become toxic and everyone is looking for the exit.

The hires/promotions are either objectively terrible to everyone but the decision-makers, or the good ones leave after realizing what they got themselves into. Proof: check for IC & Leadership hires in 2023 that left within 6 months of joining... If "lipstick on a pig" was an organization. You can do better....Read More

Current Employee2.9Jun 19, 2023Everything was good until previous Global Sales leader departed and we hired a new Chief Revenue Officer in Q1 2023 and he has been making changes that is counter to the company's people-centric mission and is leading with fear and shaming reps publicly. Also, massively increasing micromanagement at all levels.
