Oyster is a fantastic organisation to be a part of, with a mission driven vision. The product market fit is excellent. As the company has grown, so too the expectations of success and with it the availability of support, tools and processes. As with any scale up, change happens fast, but the leadership team and the enablement team are incredibly proactive and supportive in embedding tools, coaching and creating an environment to thrive. At Oyster, there is a great opportunity to learn, grow, earn great money and be part of a truly mission driven journey.

Everything was good until previous Global Sales leader departed and we hired a new Chief Revenue Officer in Q1 2023 and he has been making changes that is counter to the company's people-centric mission and is leading with fear and shaming reps publicly. Also, massively increasing micromanagement at all levels.

I initially loved this company. However, recent changes in sales leadership have eroded the culture that once made it great. Targets are raised as teams approach them, leaving employees feeling consistently underappreciated.
