Hey fellow sales pros, no one in Americas is hitting quota right now. Also, in order to be paid out on commission, you basically have to wait for implementation team to onboard an employee for the customer so if the candidate drops out (out of your control) or implementation messes up (out of your control) or it takes 3 months to onboard the candidate (out of your control), you basically don't get paid for the work to close the deal.
