It was probably one of the healthiest most inclusive and mindful startups in history, unfortuntely due to the slowdown in the HR buyer market, and a new aggressive leadership the DNA of Oyster is long gone. Still possible to make some good money tho

New sales leadership has come in and the only thing they care about and are openly vocal about is Oyster IPOing so they can all cash in. New comp plans couldn't be more unfair for the extremely extremely hard working reps, the comp plan has clearly been brought in because they can't afford to reward top reps anymore.
