Leadership is generally supportive of its employees, but quick to let you go if you are not meeting expectations. There is high turnover among new hires, and they constantly hire new salesmen on a monthly basis to replace those who leave. High pressure to consistently hit quota, both individual and companywide.

Overall it was a decent experience for my first proper sales gig that isn’t simply commission-based. Met some great people and had some decent training. Only issue is that it sold a product that I could never truly believe in.

Company is a scam. high turnover rate in just a few weeks. Highly don’t recommend the mde role to anyone.

Solid training and leadership. They will give you the tools to succeed, but you have to grind to do so. The inbound/marketing leads are laughable and you will have to source your own. If that's an issue, look somewhere else. If not, you can make a lot of money here.
